In the kitchen I strive to incorporate organic, all natural, and local products as often as possible. I strive to maximize my control over what goes into my body, from growing my own organic sprouts to making homemade almond milk. Not only to I have a more clear picture of what I'm consuming, I have an even clearer picture of what I'm not- Tetra Paks, BPAs, GMOs, artificial flavors/colors, alcohol, meat, dairy, and eggs.
